Dr Simran Rattan qualified from the University of Leeds in 2012 with a Bachelor Degree in Dental Surgery. She is committed to lifelong learning and continuous professional development.
Simran enjoys all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry, with a particular interest in Invisalign. As a qualified Invisalign Provider, she is excited to offer this modern life-changing treatment to give patients a smile that they deserve using the most advanced near-invisible clear aligner system. She gains great satisfaction in restoring smiles which ultimately gives patients their confidence back.
She prides herself in providing a high standard of care to all patients. Her gentle and caring nature helps to build a good rapport with the patient, gain their trust and build their confidence. In doing so, she is particularly skilled in helping nervous patients overcome their dental anxiety.
Her main approach is to keep treatment simple, conservative and at a pace that patients are comfortable and able to cope with; a very much patient-centred approach. She strongly believes that prevention is better than cure and aims to instil this principal at a young age with children by continuously educating and promoting good oral health.
She is passionate about changing patients’ opinion about coming to the dentist, particularly by making every effort to ensure each visit is a positive experience and a step in the right direction in achieving every patient’s end goal.
In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and travel the world.
