Received Health Forms via e-mail which were completed. Arrived at Dental Clinic on time Reception Staff very helpful... and polite . As Mrs Gould had retired my Check Up was with a young doctor who called himself Primm. He was very professional in his examination of my teeth and gums etc and gave me some good advice . Always greeted with a lovely friendly welcome from the receptionist. They we’re strictly following the government... guidelines regarding Covid-19 plenty of hand gel, masks to be worn, and emails to complete all forms ahead of visit. So pleased they’re up and running for normal appointments again. Had my 2 children with me too which the staff are always amazing with - thanks so much.read more

These are very trying times but the greeting you get is very reassuring both warm and curtious and they have such a... high level of patience and understanding. The dentist that I see makes you feel at ease straight away also offering sound advise on the care of your teeth and gums. I had my routine check up yesterday and the whole process from re-booking due to the pandemic through to the... appointment was seamless. The usual forms plus a covid-19 one were sent by text to be completed online which saves time spent in the surgery. Also checked in online when I arrived for my appointment and was the only person in the waiting area. Never my favourite place to be but a painless experience!read more

I was anxious on three counts •COVID-19 •New dentist at my old practice • Had been experiencing tooth pain during... lockdown On arrival it was clear the surgery was COVID secure with good practice and clear rules being observed. A warm welcome given by the Receptionist and Dental Nurse. Dentist Dr Kassam soon put me at ease and even laughed at my jokes. A thorough checkup was undertaken, clear factual feedback and professional advice offered. Now booked for a replacement filling and a session with hygienist. Would I recommend? I have been a patient here for many, many years. I have complete faith in the service I receive and being a complete... ‘dentistphobic’ that says a lot. Anyone who has a fear of the dentist should try here. I cannot say it is an enjoyable experience attendIng an appointment but the stress is minimised. Explanations are clear and it feels more like a consultation with choices / options set out and recommendations being made. Nobody loves likes going to the dentist, but at least here they are very welcoming. They are taking on NHS and Private... and I am pleased to say as a NHS patient, that they have done their utmost to help, and even though they have offered extra private, they have kept to the NHS, and have done great work without the very long delay that another dentist surgery was offering. Thanks Mr Ahmed and Mr Kassam. 😉😁 The entrance is next to the charity shop, and opposite the Hays travel shop. If you have difficulty in walking up the stairs, then don't worry as there is a stair lift. Just press the buzzer for assistance.read more
